When my husband and I were first married, I liked to Google patterns for different things. At this point my crochet knowledge mostly consisted of two terms, chain and single crochet. It wasn't until a kid at work showed me a YouTube video on how to crochet in the round that I finally branched out. Thanks kid! I owe you one! One of my first projects after that was Cheapers. I had some obnoxious colored variegated yarn I wanted to get rid of and the minute I made him I couldn't help but admire how absolutely adorable he was! I love him, and so did my husband. We loved him so much that I made him a smaller friend that we call Peepers and whenever we go to our local Walmart, we are always on the look out for more variegated yarn to add more birds to our colorful little flock. :)Happy crafting!
